... and BBC radio was the monopoly of 'the state knows best' tedium radio. Which raises the question, whats really changed? Stifled OFCOM duo-polys, the BBC more a state broadcaster than ever, community radio (excuse the yawn) but if you need to sleep can I suggest Alfred in Shaftesbury whose target audience appears to be care homes and the local rich. As for Internet Radio, enjoy it while you can, it's the last beacon of fun and variety! And to think some stupid anoraks still think it's not real radio for technical blah blah blah...
