Rather than me correct the Anorak legal experts over on the Legendary Gazza S board I thought I would let a real British Barrister do it regarding the BBC versus The President of the USA and mirror image laws and more.
And here are a couple of more videos that might be of interest on this "mates niche" website. You really are a sad troll Board Watcher :)

I posted this elsewhere, but it might help mervyn with the anomaly of a proliferation of posts, but little or no engagement. It is meant to be constructive and not an attack, so please view it as such.

A Facebook page with 2.2k followers but no likes or comments such as his likely has a disproportionate number of fake or inactive followers, or its content is not resonating with its audience due to the platform's algorithm prioritizing engagement.

The most common reason for a large number of followers with zero engagement is that the followers were purchased from third-party services (click farms or bots). These accounts are not run by real, interested users and thus do not provide likes, comments, or any meaningful interaction.

The Facebook algorithm prioritizes content that already has high engagement (likes, comments, shares). If posts consistently receive no initial engagement, the algorithm determines they are of "low interest" and significantly limits their visibility in followers' news feeds, creating a cycle of low engagement.

The followers may be real people who followed the page a long time ago but are no longer active on the platform, or they have simply lost interest in the page's content.

The content being posted might not be valuable, interesting, or relevant to the audience. If the content is overly promotional, inconsistent, or has weak visuals, users will scroll past without interacting, leading to zero engagement.

Facebook has transitioned page likes to followers to simplify audience metrics. A user might choose to "follow" a page to see its updates in their feed without publicly "liking" it. However, the complete absence of likes or comments suggests deeper issues than just this distinction.
In essence, a low likes-to-followers ratio severely damages a page's credibility and organic reach, making it appear unauthentic to potential real followers.

Peter Moore adds his recollection:
The left over albums proved useful in ways that were never envisaged.
In 1990/91 when Radio Caroline had no money at all, Ronan would travel from
Chelsea to Highgate with as many LA albums as he could carry at a time, being
persuaded unwillingly to sign them 'LA Ronan' to give them some provenance. While
the records were only in paper sleeves, I obtained a supply of plain cardboard covers
and some packaging. The albums were sold to create emergency income for food
and tenders. When the Dept of Trade and Industry became aware, they closed down
the telephone news line that
was being used to promote
them as a breach of the
Marine Offences Act.
Many, many years later when
Ronan's possessions were
rescued from storage, crate
after crate of unplayed
albums were found and the
original artwork album covers
were reproduced and sold.
This produced sufficient
income to pay the back
storage fees and
transportation.

I remember this very well. I still have my LA Ronan white card sleeve LA album. I am pretty sure it was late 1990 because it was done through Chris England 0898 and Jim Murphy put a bit of a damper on that by the end of 1990. It was £10

I would be be surprised if the revenue raised was slightly more than a drop in the ocean but I gather the CE phone line raised £50,000 89 -90 and then caused all that DA crap with the RC UK inishitive. That was a very low time for the Caroline family working directly or just as fans and it took the wonderful efforts of Peter Moore and the loyal supporters to bring salvation from shipwreck and all the returnees back

Nice information thank you Peter
I won't sell mine unless it's to a good loving home

What the 'Facebook Guru' is probably true with regards to a ghosting approach to censorship of unapproved content.

I have just watched and shared Ian Hislop's vidio on YouTube about fake news, which shows the BBC logo in the top left corner. Meaning, that is where it came from. So I added my own comment to his original post, and I repeated it on Fakebook, meaning that no one will read it, (except for the Hate-Hagger crowd, they get through and I delete them!)

Ian Hislop is probably the most insidious spreader of FAKE news that exists because he does it through BBC-humour (so called) and 'Private Eye' which came out of the same paedophile factory as Radio Caroline in 1965, because it originated with Jocelyn Steven's 'Queen' magazine.

What Hislop does is tell his stupid BBC-TV audience what to laugh at, while the BBC has the audacity to even run a web page telling its audience how to spot FAKE news, when the BBC is FAKE news.

It has been a British 'tradition' to mock rather than castigate views it disagrees with. That is what Hislop built a career doing. But Hislop who works for the BBC is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing.

If Hislop ranted for the BBC, then it would be so easy to spot the rant for a fake interpretation of the news. But that is not what the British have come to expect via broadcast satire.

However, what it has done is turn the world upside down in an Orwellian manner so that truth becomes a lie and a lie becomes the truth, simply by telling the mass audience what to laugh at in a comedy skit

Sheep instinct takes over like converts at a Billy Graham Crusade. Planted shills get up out of the audience to come down and be saved, so the unwary sitting next to the shills feel moved to do the same.

Hislop laughs at Donald Trump, and so you should too. Hislop says also tells audiences what is horror (Israel) and what is virtuous (Hamas), and wraps all this up in a low-key approach amidst jokes.

Now Hislop will either ignore this comment, or he will make a joke out of the fact that everyone else is ignoring it.

But here's the bottom line: Hislop's BBC joke is on you, because if you live in the United Kingdom, the law says you have to pay for it. Now that is clever (or should I say, sick?)

Hi, come to think of it like PM says the white card LA albums might well have been early 1991 because I can remember Crazy Chris mocking the Chris Cary attempt and PM's attempt to pay Radio Fax a nominal £1 (as Richards and Butler advised) and then mocking the RSG running around Ireland with a 250 W SW TX

Tatiana Schlossberg said she has been given less than a year to live.

The 35-year-old shared the news in an essay published in The New Yorker on Saturday - the 62nd anniversary of her grandfather's assassination.

The mother-of-two climate journalist has been an outspoken opponent of her relative Robert F Kennedy Jr's position as US health secretary under President Donald Trump.

In her essay, Schlossberg describes her alarm at watching her cousin be approved to the post as she was battling her illness.

Schlossberg is the daughter of designer Edwin Schlossberg and diplomat Caroline Kennedy. She is the granddaughter of John F. Kennedy, the 35th president of the United States, and First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

"I follow Jim from Glasgow who is a teacher in Moscow, and if you watch this you will wonder what crap the BBC has been showing viewers. Come to that you will ask - war, what war? We need a lot more Jims and a lot less BBC."

Pro-Russian "soft propaganda" on YouTube, exemplified by channels like the "Scottish guy in Moscow," works by presenting a highly normalized, sanitized image of Russian life. The primary narrative is that "Russia is normal and misunderstood," using travel and lifestyle vlogging to showcase modern infrastructure, friendly locals, and a successful society that is thriving despite Western sanctions. This content uses foreign nationals to lend an impression of authenticity and challenge the accuracy of Western media, positioning the creators as independent truth-tellers. Key themes include claims of "Western deception," normalizing the experience of foreigners, and minimizing or ignoring the ongoing conflict by focusing purely on domestic leisure. The goal is to erode trust in mainstream Western reporting and cultivate a positive or neutral perception of Russia through cultural and emotional appeal, rather than aggressive political messaging.

You need to turn off BBC etc. You can't fake grocery stores shelves, shopping malls that make ours look awful with Western goods available to buy and young people who do what young people do everywhere. The preoccupation with war in London is not the preoccupation in Moscow. Something doesn't add up and one more thing, Jim from Glasgow and many others are clearly doing their own thing, not the bidding of the BBC. So explain how Jim can video all this, unless you want to tell everyone that Jim is AI gone wild. If you do I suggest that you are flesh and blood programmed by the Crown and its propaganda cultists.

It'd be naive of us, Mr. President, to imagine that these new developments would cause a change in Soviet expansionist policy. I mean, we must be increasingly on the alert to prevent them taking over other mine shafts space, in order to breed more prodigiously than we do. Thus, knocking us out of these superior numbers when we emerge! Mr. President, we must not allow a mine-shaft gap!

Gee, I wish we had one of them doomsday machines.

Doctor, you mentioned the ratio of ten women to each man. Now, wouldn't that necessitate the abandonment of the so-called monogamous sexual relationship, I mean, as far as men were concerned?

I must confess, you have an astonishingly good idea there, Doctor.

Mr. President, we are rapidly approaching a moment of truth both for ourselves as human beings and for the life of our nation. Now, truth is not always a pleasant thing. But it is necessary now to make a choice, to choose between two admittedly regrettable, but nevertheless *distinguishable*, postwar environments: one where you got twenty million people killed, and the other where you got a hundred and fifty million people killed.

Mr. President, I'm not saying we wouldn't get our hair mussed. But I do say no more than ten to twenty million killed, tops. Uh, depending on the breaks.

Mr. President, if I may speak freely, the Russkie talks big, but frankly, we think he's short of know how. I mean, you just can't expect a bunch of ignorant peons to understand a machine like some of our boys. And that's not meant as an insult, Mr. Ambassador, I mean, you take your average Russkie, we all know how much guts he's got. Hell, lookit all them Nazis killed off and they still wouldn't quit.

Is that the Russian ambassador you're talking about?

A-A-Am I to understand the *Russian* ambassador is to be admitted entrance to th-the War Room?

I... I don't know exactly how to put this, sir, but are you aware of what a serious breach of security that would be? I mean, he'll see everything, he'll... he'll see the Big Board!

It's an obvious Commie trick, Mr. President. We are wasting valuable time! Look at the big board, they're getting ready to clobber us!

[Gesturing to the Big Board] When the Russians see that on their radar, they are going to go absolutely ***APE***.

There will be some important promotions and citations when we come through this. That goes for every last one of you, regardless of your race, your color, or your creed!

I know how it is, baby. Tell you what you do: you just start your countdown, and old Bucky'll be back here before you can say "Blast off!"

Well, I've been to one world fair, a picnic, and a rodeo, and that's the stupidest thing I ever heard come over a set of earphones. You sure you got today's codes?

How did Piccadilly change the UK radio landscape?

One morning in April 1974, Good Vibrations by The Beach Boys was faded up and with it - the birth of Manchester's newest radio station.

Piccadilly Radio 261 went on to become a Mancunian institution and one of the most popular news, music and entertainment radio stations in the UK.

The city's first independent radio station, which joined the airwaves four years after BBC Radio Manchester, helped launch the careers of broadcasters Andy Peebles, Chris Evans, Susie Mathis and BBC Radio Manchester's Becky Want and Mike Sweeney.

In 1988, after 14 years of news, sport, phone-ins and competitions, Piccadilly Radio split into Key 103 - later becoming Hits and Greatest Hits Radio, both based in the city's Castlefield area.

Several of Piccadilly's former presenters recently reunited to unveil a commemorative plaque at the site of the original studios, recalling stories of how the station became a "bright light" during a "pretty grim time" for the city.

When Piccadilly Radio came on air, the country was in the midst of political strife, a three-day working week and energy shortages.

Factories and schools closed, families ate by candlelight and television channels went dark at 22:30 GMT.

"We're talking about 1974, which was pretty grim frankly, it almost meant we didn't even get on air", Piccadilly Radio's first employee Jim Hancock remembered.

"Piccadilly came as this bright light on the scene."

Tony Ingham, who helped set up the station, said only "one-and-a-half" of their four studios were ready for launch day on 2 April 1974.

"There wasn't any heating, the presenters had maybe two weeks to rehearse," he explained.

"Everything was held together with Sellotape and string initially."

While his future colleagues were helping build the remaining studios, across the city a young Mike Shaft was listening to Andy Peebles' soul show.

"All I wanted to do was the soul show," he said.

"I said to my missus 'I'll never work at Piccadilly whilst Andy's there because his soul show was just excellent'."

Shaft, who eventually took the reins of the "Taking Care of Business" soul show until 1986, remembered the day he realised a window may be open.

"I opened up the Daily Mail, it read 'Andy Peebles Goes To Radio 1' - I was down there within 30 minutes!"

The aspiring presenter soon received a letter, inviting him in for a chat.

"Me and my missus were both jumping around in our flat, it was great times," he remembered.

After Piccadilly, Shaft worked at BBC Radio Manchester for 20 years, presenting his final Sunday Breakfast show in 2022.

Piccadilly Radio also reported on Manchester's vibrant and varied sporting scene - under its "First with News; First with Sport" tagline.

When the station covered Manchester City versus Liverpool in the 1981 League Cup semi-final, Ingham was asked to think of an idea to show off Piccadilly's sponsorship of the tie.

"Two nights before the game, we went to assess whether we could send fireworks off above the stands in the event of a City goal," he said.

"On the way back to the studios, we were arrested by armed police who thought we'd set a bomb off.

"I spent two hours in Moss Side police station under the Prevention of Terrorism Act!"

Shaft said: "I loved Piccadilly - anytime Tony [Ingham] or Liz [Bracken] phones up - I'm there because I know what the radio station stood for.

"There's other places I worked where I wouldn't give them tuppence.

For Hancock, the offering of "shock jocks" an

Since the name of the person who began this enquiry in 2014 is banned on the Garry Board, I thought that I would offer some help on this Board. See my link attached to this post relating to the PRHoF article. (First part.)

This is the part Garry won't let me post:

There is the first in a continuing series that exposes all of this. It was first published in the Spring 2021 by a journal published by a ccommunications museum. It joined up the dots from the PRHoF article of January 1965 (which means that it was written somewhere in November/December 1964). Takes a look, it identifies the missing links and shows that the Town article was on the right track back in January 1965.

They just got blindsided and so did everyone else until 2014.

Take a look for yourself.

I just re-discovered that back on 4/3/2020, Mike began a thread headed: 'Michael Joseph aka Michael Dean'. It was triggered by AgB who read an article about Michael Dean Joseph. The thread had 22 comments, most of them rubbish.

But it seems, having just re-discovered the article on the PRHoF Board and noticing the reference to Charles Orr Stanley of Pye, which had been published in January 1965, meaning that for a magazine article it had to have been written somewhere around November, December 1964, which was just after the UK General Election in October 1964, when Stanley dropped out of the original phase of Radio Caroline and Robin Leach took over in New York City and brought in Jack Spector by making up a story about Caroline Kennedy.

Michael Dean Joseph ties in the acting studio story that brings in O'Rahilly and both he and O'Rahilly get booted out so that O'Rahilly tries to start his own studio above a pub on a Friday night and gets 'Simon Dee' to steal money to fund it.

So thanks AgB for this reminder - which is not your own original work but PRHoF who sent me a copy of the original Robin Leach tape that began the entire Caroline Kennedy fiasco in March 1965. But, AgB, you then turned into the secretive idiot that you are now. You could have helped, but you did not. So here we are with six years wasted time.

The other thing I discovered is the missing link from Ian Cowper Ross and his 1990 novel and the BBC-TV Arena program with the fake story by Ian Cowper Ross.

In Mike Leonard's encyclopedia (which I have), he being the person running the so-called 'Museum', I re-discovered my own jpg and comment taken from Leonard's book, that the original plan was to turn the Ross' book of 1990 into a 4-part drama series featuring the 'Ross Family'. That failed and the 1991 fake documentary was broadcast by BBC-TV instead.

"THE BIG LIE - PROMOTED BY THE BBC? ....
9/12/2021

Picture
On page 535 of Mike Leonard's massive encyclopedia about offshore broadcasting that he published in the year 1996, there is an addendum to the big lie that first appeared in the storyline of a novel written by Ian Cowper Ross in 1990. Mike Leonard does not promote that lie, he reports what he has learned about plans for the BBC to promote that lie!"

The pieces of the puzzle are beginning to fall into place to present a very, very detailed picture of what really happened between 1959 and 1965 regarding the true story of Radio Caroline, and not the sheer and absolute garbage spewed out by Malcolm Smith's idiot clones who call themselves writers!
