Personally post and pre Covid I certainly would not. We have got quite enough

Don't give me the NHS LIne. Why does an advanced country like ours not train doctors and nurses to stay here and work but keeps importing hospital porters and cleaners from the Philippines when the doctors we have trained have gone overseas? There is something seriously wrong with this country and in an awful sarcastic way I think as far as business and the costa lotta imported slave labour economy is. I see nothing in Haggler's latest post on his blog to confirm his assertion that Paul Rusling or Peter Moore are set on undermining his research or are running scared.

Have they really been 'scared to death' for 16 years? Mildly irritated perhaps.

I also suggest that you try to keep up regarding the ownership of the Ross Revenge and the status of Sealand. Quoting emails from 2004 is irrelevant.

OK, I admit it. I am really Agb; Kevin D; James McGregor; Mary Hinge and many more on the GS Board.

We know that the post I put up there from https://www.stellamaris.no/chapter10.htm#_ftnref18 has been online for years and that all of the core pictures and the DP letters, etc., all came from MH who was given them by Don Pierson back in 1985.

We know all that, but GS is like the US Election campaign.

Everyone who wants to know, can know the true version of events, but who wants to know?

Anoraks like me (BIG CHRIS DAY) prefer to upload gifs and pictures because I can just about read, but that site has lots of pictures on it.

That's why everyone knows I am BIG CHRIS DAY because my posts are so good to look at.

Forget MH, he just wallows around in researching facts that no one cares about.

PICTURES, that's what anoraks love like old records because we have heard them before and we know what to expect when we hear them again.

A gene cluster inherited from Neanderthals could make some people more vulnerable to Covid-19, a study says.

The research, carried out by Germany's Max Planck Institute and published in the journal Nature, linked this gene to a higher risk of hospitalisation and respiratory failure in people who catch the virus.

"The probability that humans who inherited this gene variation have to be put on a ventilator when they contract the novel coronavrius Sars-CoV-2 is three times higher," Hugo Zeberg, from the institute, said in a statement.

The gene, it adds, was inherited by modern humans from when they mixed with Neanderthals 60,000 years ago. It is now carried by about 50% of people in South Asia and about 16% of people in Europe, but is nearly non-existent in Africa and East Asia.

Research partner Svante Paabo adds: "It is alarming that a genetic heritage from the Neanderthals can have such tragic consequences in the current pandemic."

If President Trump makes a swift recovery from the Virus, it might turn out to be one of the "best" things that happened. Because we know what he said before he got the Virus, but can you imagine what how powerful his message could become afterwards .... assuming of course all goes well, which Fox's interview with a WH doctor seems to think that it will. President Trump would really have something to say about this nonsense pandemic and the host nation of China which may have intentionally created and set this thing on everyone in order to destroy the US economy. Let's hope he gets over this thing quickly and resumes the attack on the Left.

Free radio? Dear James this term was invented to mean commercial radio. In the 60s across the ocean some Hells Angels and anarchists began robbing people to feed pot and LSD habits and they opened 'free stores' and 'free' everything else. These were 'flower in your hair', "I'm stoned" days in part of San Francisco. Then stoned Brits began copying them (like everything American gets copied and mangled), and lo and behold the Brits said "Hello" to James McGregor and he started writing about the 70s and 80s as though they were the 60s, which they were not. Free radio is dopes idea of media history. Mainstream the world moved on from the 70s and today media means anything but what it meant back in the 60s. No one cared then either. So I am now neither sane nor insane but a mere flickering florescent tube in need of a thump (to get the starter to work.) Or maybe its time to change my tube?
