Hi, I was not going to comment on these things any more because
I thought they were old tat and remind me of when I sent similar to the exactly the same humorous news of years gone past to Jeff in humorous news of of how in the the future we will all live on the moon with bubbles on on heads. Still still looking at pathe news and humorous pathe newsof the future from years gone by.

On a serious note Doctor Soap Opera - the sadistic Mr Baxter PE instructor in Grange Hill should point out to modern impressionable refuse collector persons that doing the very worthwhile sit ups is best not done the "long way" with the back flat legs straight out and sitting up. It was established back in the woke 90's that this was very old school gym and puts unnecessary pressure on the base of the spine

The way to do the press up crunches is the military way of bent knees so no spine knacker
