The high minded hypocrites at BBC News continue to tell you what to think, whilst filling their boots with cash from all directions. Can you imagine if Huw Edwards had been a GBN presenter, the story would never have died (or been Hoovered away).

The very title BBC News is becoming a metaphor for BBC Propaganda or thought control. I have a new benchmark for their so called news stories. Any thing fact checked or verified by them is a beacon of light to go and find out for yourself and ignore their selected findings.

Do you remember the days when Panorama had teeth and D Notices had to be issued to stop reporting on sensitive subjects, or was it just Masonic networking, secret service cock-ups, and MP indiscretions. The teeth-less woke wonders today have made life a lot easier for all of the above, still better not upset the apple cart, when £100 grand for a few speeches after dinner are up for grabs eh?

I don't watch GBN except for a moment or two when changing channels on my TV, and never on my laptop, apart from now.

Here's why.

Like Anoraks GBN announcers spend their time trying to be 'clever' yacking about bullshit.

What about a station that will give everyone the facts, not froth?

They dare not. They can attack Parliament and its MPs but what they cannot do is explain why in 2024 there are Lords Temporal and Lords Spiritual.

They can have dramas on BBC-TV about Henry VIII and his wives, but not about the two crossed keys he stole from the Papacy (corporation sole.)

To do that would mean explaining the UK Crown corporation sole, and because the UK is a facist-dictatorship under the banner of the Crown, anyone who dared to begin attacking the Crown n this manner would soon be a gonner.

Everything is controlled by the UK Crown corporation sole. Power is not with the MPs in Parliament - they are merely lap dogs of the Crown allowed to change the colour of the wallpaper.

The USA can self-correct due to its supreme written Constitution above the status of its 3 co-equal branches of government. Obama and Biden pretended that the Constittuion did not exist, but it did and it does and it will come back to bite Biden.

The UK can't self-correct unless it apologies to the Pope in Rome for following Henry VIII's abuse of power. But who wants to return to that? Cromwell killed the king but not the Crown and that was his big mistake.

The Irish only partly succeeded in getting rid of the British Crown and other nations merely turned to forms of fascist dictatorship.

Once upon a time 'pirate radio' in the 80s had the chance to undermine the UK system, but no, Anoraks only wanted to be mindless Djs. For them the real world of wars and taxes to pay for them, did not exist.

Well now, on the other nutty Anorak Board (not the idiot Garry one), of all people the Deciple of the Messiah has concluded (today) a long screed that concludes with: "O'Rahilly was always the shadowy man in the background so that no disaster or dishonesty could ever be traced back to his door. But by doing everything at arms length and through third parties caused most of his grand plans to turn to shit."

So, now that all that is established, will someone explain what influence that the many silly versions of Radio Caroline had on British broadcasting, after 1967?

If Malcolm is now willing to call Anoraks total raving lunatics by another name, why on earth doesn't he scrap that silly ship and find a new name and new format for Caroline and move it off AM that no one listens to, and give life to Radio Malcolm aimed at gamers. What makes investigative journalism so difficult is coming up against people like Malcolm Smith.

On the one hand Malcolm Smith openly publishes in his own words that Ronan O'Rahilly was a thief and a liar who hurt other people to enrich himself.

In a minority niche piblication, we have this under the self important grandiose title of:

"Limiting the Spectrum (Part 2)How a False Perception of Availability has Restricted Freedom of Expression

Whilst this series of articles makes some worthwhile points, Hagger's hatred of all things Caroline leaks like pus from an open wound. He cannot resist stating that:

If you care to check the facts, you will find that the licencee is Radio Caroline AM Broadcasting Ltd, granted to a company and not to an individual.

If I remember rightly you stated that you had brought your 'false pretences' theory to the attention of 'the authorities', who either sent you away with a flea in your ear or ignored you because you never advised on this forum or anywhere else what response, if any, you received.

As for the 'company', Malcolm Smith IS 'the company', but he tried to pass himself off as 2 people. Now while there is no law against stage names and pen names, if fake names are used for illegal (criminal) purposes then the perp (in this case Malcolm), has a problem IF his operation ever made money that attracted Inland Revenue. But in the case of Malcolm he is just using a bunch of hobby friends to pay for his own bills. In other words, Malcolm, like his station is so insignificant that it is not in the public interest to fool with it. After all it takes tax money to prosecute people like Malcolm and to date he does not merit public expenditure. With AM disappearing all around him, he is like a kid with a sand castle on a beach with the tide coming in. At some point he will be washed away and no one but his hobby friends will even notice.

I only believe Peter Moore who tells us that Radio Caroline has nothing to do with Ronan O'Rahilly who he says was a thief and a liar. So this new community station can't be anything to do with O'Rahilly. Anyway, Haggardly will never publish anything so he can't have written and published a book in serial form, otherwise he could just gather up all off his sections and publish it as a book. However, sources tell me that a 9th edition is now out with some amazing details which have never been published by anyone before. But it can't be Haggardly. Must be OEM.

JW died due to IPF, a rare lung illness that killed my wife. So I am sorry that his body health failed him. But something else failed his moral compass. He was a liar who kept on lying. In fact it was JW who started me off in my investigation. I played the tape made and sold by Steve England on which JW told a story about Don Pierson's mother, and Steve England recorded the laughs JW got. So I played it to Don Pierson and then I made a radio program with comments by JW and DP.

Mary Payne is another liar who will not quit.

They don't have to lie and push one person down to exalt themselves for vanity and of course money derived from suckers, but they do.

There are plenty of engineers 'out there' who have written books about the technical side describing how radio broadcasting developed.

There are even more numbskulls out there who were hired to play records on turntables, play jingles and make meaningless banter on air, who have also written books, appeared on radio and TV to tell the world how great they were and are.

Then there are people like Mary Payne who are in charge of 'Bootlickers Annonymous' and seem to be in a continuing state of sexual climax resulting from the mere mention of radio stations on board ships.

But there are very few legal scholars who have written a true account about how and why offshore broadcasting began.

Why this legal shortage? Well for one thing a big general market of interest does not exist.

But there are publications in legal journals which tell the real story about why offshore broadcasting began, and those journals try to stay clear of partisan politics. Yet it is the so-called 'weaponization' of law which smothered the real story.

Donald Trump was not the first victim. He was the latest high profile victim. In the UK, which lacks a written supreme code of law and is ruled by partisan puppets doing service to an institution called The Crown, abuse of law has always been the key to achieving censorship in order to protect The Crown from attack.

There are less than half a dozen key laws that that are the keys to unlocking the plight of British communications, and it has been my job to find and locate those laws and extrapolate the written record of their application.

It is not sexy work, and it will not drive Mary Payne into yet another climax of gushing froth. But it is a story that needs to be told - if the real story behind the creation of Radio Caroline in 1964 is to be understood, and of course why Malcolm Smith is in 2025, just another one of many trying to milk suckers out of their pension money.

But the story has in part now been published part by part several times with help from my colleagues. In fact, there is already enough material to fill two different compendiums in book form.

What is now nearing completion is not just content but context that the average person who is not a radio fanatic, can see, hear and read in a fairly short space of time, to gain an overview of the weaponization of laws which have been used to enforce political censorship.

On the wonderful late Ben Bode upload there is an office scene at frozen time 55 in with a DJ I don't know. There is a poster on the wall. It looks like the Ross Revenge cross mirrored with the Mi Amigo but with two bows and no wheelhouse and the mast at the bow like it was on one. Is this Radio Nord but they had wheelhouse at back? So cannot be. Does anyone else have idea what photo is. I sure am that Schevenignham fans will know the spelling of the DJ and the history of the radio ship. Thanks in advance

If a person really wants to know the answers to anything within the realm of human activitiy that has an impact upon laws governing life on this Planet, it can be freely discovered due to the nature of jurisprudence.

Everything is written down somewhere. All that anyone with an open mind and an honest approach to life has to do, is find it. That is now this quest began and continues to this day. But if the majority let mob rule take over, then the media may not be available to 'spread the word'.

Right now we live in an age at the end of a very, very dark age of mob rule, but it is an age overlapped by amazing advances in the technology making universal teaching without national borders, very practical - not just possible.

If you followed Mike B and listened to Dave Cash - He Sounds Much Taller: Memoirs of a Radio Pirate (Audiobook) with attention to Chapter 5, then you should listen to this which has been on YouTube for years. It is another bombshell from Hagger, which unfortunately Dave Cash misstated back then in talking to Ben Toney who did not seem at all surprised by what Dave Cash was telling him. Yes, it was all part of the Hagger Trio of Investigation which has now been underway for decades to document the real story about offshore radio broadcasting.
