Two videos that I would urge you to watch if you interested in what is happening in Europe right now. The gentleman in the first video lives in Ukraine with his family and has been reporting from there independently since this sad war began. It's short and concise and helps build the jigsaw that is Ukraine's recent history.

The second is a shortish documentary filmed in 2018 about a secret Bio Lab in Georgia not far from the border with Russia & again confirms the Bio Labs in Ukraine. Now why are the BBC ignoring all of this? Welcome to the propaganda & censorship wars along with so many crocodile tears from these overpaid, compliant reporters from the MSM.

Hot news today that Facebooks owned Neighbours site technically like something out of the stone age has banned me for 15 days for being unkind. As the unkindness in question seemed to be pointed out I was being stalked all hours by some bunny boiler threatening suicide physical violence etc all the good stuff I think at bit rich. She is probably still welcome. Dave Martin nods in sage agreement. Other news Russel Brand is reinventing himself as US JOE Rogan. Other news Is there a kitchen paper crises. The shelves are bare except micky mouse prices of £2.50 per roll. I on't know if it's the paper or the delivery but prices are getting ridiculous on everything. 4.1 % translates on the shelves at least 30 - 40%. I went in charity shops today fro the first time in years and was amazed how they are ramping it up as well £2 DVDs are now £4 and £5 Ordinary pre loved jeans in good condition £12.50 These are brand new prices. Bottle of cider £5.50 from £4.90 last week.

In the charity shops today I saw a DVD I think it's a Brad Pitt film about a pandemic and I think the disease is called Z or something and Brad is a lone warrior looking for his family while governments fall to pieces. Regretting now not actually buying in case it is some kind of omen. Probably still there next time I go round town but I am so p**sed I can't remeber which shop it was in. Only went down town for a job interview - a pump jockey at Costa Coffee. Hope they don't offer it. The stink of the place

The much quoted phrase 'Military Industrial Complex' that President Eisenhower used on January 17, 1961 needs some explaining, and Mike is just the person who can do this.

Reading the mainstream US news right now shows that FOX has become bogged down by this term into joining forces with all of the other outlets such as NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN and so on by delivering a message about 'Putin v USA' (and the West|).

That is a problem because its going to get Biden-Harris off the hook if FOX is not careful. Right now there is only one other MAJOR source of news about Ukraine that is not delivering this 'Putin v USA' message, and that is RT.

Even though the mainstream media which of course includes BBC/ITV/SKY, try to pretend that they have blocked out RT, they haven't. You can still watch it as much and as long as you want to, free of charge.

The story on RT is quite different from the other stories and it is not about an invasion of a peaceful country, but about intervention is a northwest v southeast Ukrainian civil war. It is the EU v Russia and Nick Clegg, former Deputy PM of the UK and now VP at Facebook is at the heart of this story.

In one sense this is Nick Clegg's War.

So who is Nick Clegg and how did he link with the US Senator John McCain right at the beginning of this Ukrainian civil war (RT keeps showing McCain at the beginning throwing his hat in the ring on behalf of the Clegg-EU side.

The beginning by the way goes back to 2014 (at least) and if you want to try to understand what is going on, you have to know that a) Clegg-EU are the cause of this violence, and b) that this northwest v southeast civil war has been going on for years.

Now according to RT, Putin intervened when it was learned that the northwest was about to launch a campaign to crush the southeast.

Into that story comes another one: the story of US BioLabs - like the one in Wuhan. Nothing to do with "chemical weapons but everything to do with diseases militarized as weapons of war.

This is part of the Eisenhower message now coming to fruition.

Major UK businesses are lining up to offer jobs to Ukrainian refugees when they start to arrive in the UK.

A group of more than 45 large businesses is pressing the government to make it easier for those driven out by Russia's invasion to come to the UK.

Marks & Spencer, Asos, Lush and recruitment giant Robert Walters are some of the firms involved.

The government has been criticised over the speed and scale of its response to the Ukraine refugee crisis.

The initiative is being led by British entrepreneur Emma Sinclair, the chief executive of Enterprise Alumni. She said it had quickly gained ground in a short space of time.

The project is in its early stages, and many of the details about how it will work in practice are unclear.

Ms Sinclair, who is co-ordinating the initiative at the moment despite a recent head injury, told the BBC that many of her ancestors were from Eastern Europe, including Ukraine.

The aim of the project is to help "tens of thousands" of refugees not only get jobs in the UK, but to help them find accommodation, and gain language skills.

Regardless of one's point of view as to who is to blame for the awful situation in Ukraine, let us remember who the real victims are, those ordinary people just like us, who have lost their homes, possessions, their way of life and family members or loved ones.

Surely now is the time to concentrate our efforts on doing whatever we can to help those displaced persons by offering them a place to stay or by contributing supplies that they desperately need.

Please do anything you can to assist, and having done so, by all means turn your attention to apportioning blame if you wish to do so.

By the way, the truck that I mentioned a few days ago is now on it's way to the Poland/Ukraine border and we hope to be in a position to send another by the weekend, thanks to the kindness and generosity of local people.

Any keyboard warriors who want to pick holes in my plea to your readers need not respond.

a - that would be because there were no foreign government owned broadcasters operating under a UK licence within the country.

b- RT disappeared off our TV screens because of the EU ban affecting the satellites they were using to feed into Freeview, Freesat, Sky, Virgin, etc.

c - OFCOM has now rightly concluded they are in breach of their broadcast licence and has suspended it for now, this changes nothing, as it had already disappeared off TV.

b - All international news outlets are still available via their own websites & various social media platforms.

The book - called The Betrayal of Anne Frank: A Cold Case Investigation - said Jewish notary Van den Bergh had probably given up the Franks' hiding location to save his own family.

Its investigating team, led by a retired FBI investigator, spent six years to try to crack the cold case.

But the book, by Canadian author Rosemary Sullivan, prompted a backlash from Jewish groups and historians. The European Jewish Congress urged publisher HarperCollins to pull its English language edition, saying it had tarnished Anne Frank's memory and the dignity of Holocaust survivors.

The new report into the book contradicted its findings, calling its work "amateurish".

"There is not any serious evidence for this grave accusation," the experts found.

In response, Dutch publishing house Ambo Anthos said the book would no longer be available and asked bookshops to return their stocks.

The publisher offered its "sincere apologies" to those offended by the book's content, while the granddaughter of Van den Bergh has called on HarperCollins to drop the English-language edition.

"With this story, you are exploiting the story of Anne Frank, you are falsifying history and you are contributing to great injustice," she said.

The BBC has contacted HarperCollins for comment.

The book's investigating team has previously stood by their research, saying they never claimed to have uncovered the complete truth.

"Our theory is a theory and nothing more," chief investigator Pieter van Twisk told Dutch news agency ANP.

On a humanitarian level, how little any of this sniping, whining, and points scoring matters. Just words. What matters right now is to do all we can to help those who have been bombed out of their homes and lost everything.

Please seek out your local collection point and contribute some essential supplies it you can. You might consider offering a displaced Ukrainian person or persons a place to stay. Alternatively you could donate some cash to one of the established charities.

Whatever the rights and wrongs or your political point of view, those who are suffering are ordinarily people just like you or me. Please help them.
