An interesting viewpoint on 1984 and Eric Blair (George Orwell but you know that) must have been on the Autism spectrum somewhere with his ability to examine history and extrapolate out the likely journey that the power hungry and manipulative excessively wealthy few would take.

On May 12, 1987 this program was recorded for distribution on land-based free radio stations, but most of them did not understand free radio, they thought it meant playing old records without a government license.

Some stations carried it.

Now you can hear what was being warned of by Eric Blair who worked for the BBC before he wrote a novel, and decades before the BBC told the world that it is 100 years old - when it is only 95 years old.

Now you can lose your job if you dare to refer to 'men' and 'women' because there is no such thing as male and female.

Then along came the puddin-basin man who got involved with Laser 558 but he was really part of 'Big Brother' and the record 'I spy for the DTI' was lost on him. Charlie Wolf came to understand what was going on and so he went back to school and ironically the BBC and others interviewed him for his non-Woke Donald Trump ideas.

Yes, you can lead a bunch of cattle to the water to drink, but if these cattle are owned by people like Malcolm Smith and the Puddin'-Basin Biological Mass, then the cattle with driven from the water to the desert.

The thread begins with teenage non-penis people. Watch the old newsreels and see them scream for Adolph Hitler, and Frank Sinatra and Dancing on Ice. Once that slice of the marketplace is brainwashed the rest of Society falls into step now that to oppose them is to be accused of rape, racism, and any one of a number of other silly ideas.

The BBC loves idiots and unfortunately it looks as if the day is coming with AI that it will be impossible to resist the new Woke dictionary of 2050.

How come no one else has noticed this sub-plot in the book 'Nineteen Eighty-Four', or to observed that all that Blair/Orwell had to do was invert Roosevelt's Four Freedoms.

You are right. No one listened to the attached broadcast .... except for a bunch of teens living in Eastern Europe and in the USSR. They wrote to our mailing address in Venus, Texas.

But the listeners to Laser in England, well they didn't get it at all - although some of the djs did and they made that record 'I spy for the DTI'.

Now the BBC is embroiled in a nonsense campaign resulting from a commentator on a sports show and his off air comments about immigration.

Instead of worrying about his comments it is time to worry when you are told that you are neither a man or a woman, because they don't exist, and therefore you don't exist other than as a number in service to Big Brother.

It is 2023. It is getting late, because 2050 is looming closer and closer.

An example of how Peter M is running things now is convincing himself that a popular hour long request show ruins the rest of the day. Peter knows these things he carefully watches his web streams!!!

Years ago he stopped paying for 60 seconds of Sky news fearing that listeners would tune out looking for music and last month got rid of a jock for mentioning non sponsored music gigs!!!

This is incorrect. The charity number is clearly displayed on the home page. I hope he hasn't already made a fool of himself again, and will delete the erroneous post.

His earlier comments were posted and responded to, but then he wet his nappy and got frothy. The comment says that the number does not appear on the Malcolm Smith site and it doesn't. The other point is that the so-called charity says on the one hand that it is not a part of something else, when its name and explanation says that it is.

Who is Peter Moore? He claims to be the CEO, but for that to be true Malcolm Smith must have legally changed his name. Meanwhile, on the Companies House both Malcolm Smith and Peter Moore appear as two different human beings.

Now this "charity" responds in the name of Steve Anthony with the 'Radio Caroline' address, claims to be acting on behalf of the charity which pretends that it has nothing to do with 'Radio Caroline' as a "subsidiary".

If this isn't more of the same old, same old silly and childish anorak nonsense then its a good representation of the Puddin' Basin thief writ large.

I am an academic investigator and reporter examining the origins and background of a venture called 'Radio Caroline' which primarily existed from March 1964 until mid-August 1967.

The person responsible for the charity in question is going by two names. He is using his correct legal name of Malcolm Smith on your forms, but a bogus name of Peter Moore on his charity page. On the UK Companies House web site is a company that is directly tied to the charity, and the CEO of the charity has used both names to imply that they are two different people.

I paid for a book advertised on the charity page and shortly afterwards one of the three listed trustees on your site, wrote that he was refunding my payment.

It is clear that the purpose of this charity and the registered company are one and the same while pretending to be two different ventures.

Evidence shows that this charity is operating in a deceitful manner to solicit money from the public using false pretense.

I have been directed to the "forums" relating to discussions about Radio Caroline. I do not understand why there seems to be a constant attack on one person, and yet not a single fact has been challenged as to the truth, partial truth or no truth at all of what that person has written elsewhere. What is most peculiar is that on both of these social media chat forums the advice given is to ignore the facts because the Administrators do not like the person. This leads me to the conclusion that neither forum is really interested in the subject of radio and they mainly use these forums as an excuse to attack mainly one person, and not what that person has written. Why is that?

I thought for a moment that both of you wanted me to pay you more money than our agreed sum per month, because there has been a noticeable lack of personal attack messages of late.

I am pleased that you have now both decided to honour our agreement and resume the attacks. However, might I suggest that next time, if there is a next time when you both go 'quiet', that you do not resume your attacks at the same time. This gives an air of coordination and the idea of paying you was to make sure that the attacks looked and sounded genuine.

Please keep this in mind.

Yes that special Stevens speeling seems to be a major shortcoming of the "AI" bots, they cannot read PDF's and I imagine they ignore forums also, they scan websites, which is bound to lead to misinformation. What is really needed is a bot that can scan published works from the Rustling library which are generally more reliable than random websites which can be manipulated up the search page order by various means.

Sadly these "things" are being integrated into the various Anorak Assistants, and AgB browsers.

This would oblige me to act but then even when the case is proven in my favour I would not recover all my costs and if any award of damages was made there is no certainty that I would ever receive them.

Let's talk about LIBEL.

This is what the idiot breed of anoraks all keep yelling about while they libel me.

The main "victim" (other than me) seems to be either Paul Alexander Rusling who STOLE from me, and his side-kick (maybe his boss), Malcom Smith who calls himself Peter Moore.

Malcolm seems to think that I care about the details of his life as a grease monkey. I do not. But I do care that he is running a con job soliciting money from the public for a hulk and a twin operation radio endeavor, one of which he calls 'Radio Caroline'.

He also says that I claim that the stories in circulation about Ronan O'Rahilly and the 'Radio Caroline' of 1964-1967 are fabricated nonsense, and he is correct.

So let us examine that word 'libel' and read its definition: "a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation."

The first question then is, did Paul Rusling steal from me and the answer is yes.

One of the first people to point this out was George Saunders who phoned to tell me that my material is now in Rusling's book.

Now how about Ronan O'Rahilly? Well, first of all he has no reputation because he is dead. But one authority I can turn to for calling him various names that amount to a man lacking morals, is none other than Malcom Smith.

The problem with Malcolm Smith is that he blasts O'Rahilly for lying and cheating and then Malcolm Smith turns around and does the same thing by quoting Ronan O'Rahilly.

What can Malcolm do?

a) Remove O'Rahilly's picture and the nonsense about Caroline Kennedy from your web site;
b) Make it plain on your two web sites (hulk and station) that these are your own ventures which have nothing in common with events of 1964 to 1967 which used the name of 'Radio Caroline'.

There, do you feel better now, Malcolm.

Follow my suggestions and we can be pals, oh, but stop plugging that stupid Rusling rubbish.

It is clear that according to the court records in the United States that investors paid for the Ross Revenge and Ronan O'Rahilly personally syphoned off some of that money. The ship eventually slipped out of Spain and the financial entanglement was never resolved. Now Malcom Smith claims to be the owner via an Admiralty ruling, but that In Rem decision does not necessarily wipe away all outstanding financial claims. Since prosecution is paid for by tax payers, prosecutors have to see if there are enough tax payers who want their money spent on prosecution. This is why idiots without a case are prosecuting Trump in a local State court. But there are enough local idiots willing to throw their money away in order to smear Trump.

Now while Rusling involved himself with a crook named Ryan, and O'Rahilly did the same thing, there was no tax payer base for the prosecutors to prosecute.

In the case of Charles Malcolm Smith, he has entwined himself with BBC and other media to the point that they would look really stupid if Smith is prosecuted. So the best thing to do is ignore him. The Wilson Cabinet actually reasoned with out in the instance of Roy Bates. They knew he wanted publicity for Sealand. So they ignored him.

If Bates had begun broadcasting he has already been told very quietly that they would come after him via his home at Westcliffe-on-Sea. The US sends in police guns blazing, the UK makes people disappear.

So the chances are, if Malcolm Smith keeps his FRAUD very low key, keeps working with the BBC and local media, he will get away with whatever this little man with an insignificant radio project decides to do. Eventually technology will move on to the point that his project is totally irrelevant.

If Smith moves to the Internet only, well he will then be 100% legal.

As for his hulk, well, who cares?

If it sinks and is scrapped that will be okay. If idiots fork out money to preserve it that will save them from having to get a veggy patch and digging out weeds on Sunday afternoons.

It is all about money v. (as Smith asks) "who cares"?

Where MH is different is that his aim is not targeting Smith per se, but the history books that kids will read tomorrow. A footnote about Smith will be sufficient, ditto for O'Rahilly. As for Rusling, well no one will have even heard of him in a few years, but they might read a footnote about James Ryan, the swindler that Rusling worked with.

Just finished reading Lyn Gilbert's book. She certainly has had an adventurous life. In essence, her recollections confirm what we already knew, but her personal stories of her dealings with Ronan add some flesh to the bones regarding his modus operandi. No wonder that those who did not enjoy a close relationship to him in the formative years of Radio Caroline have been unable to provide any real substance to how he operated, deals that were done and how funds were raised. He surrounded himself in mystery and even those working closely with him never knew exactly what was going on. A highly recommended book for anyone seeking to understand how his mind worked.

Malcolm Smith is now using BBC local radio to raise money for a hulk whose legal ownership is in EXTREME doubt.

He is also supporting the BBC version of events on their own site by linking HIS 'Caroline/heart' symbol with 1964-1967.

How does this work?

Well it starts with 2 University of Sussex propagandists who have written for the BBC and its web site which is playing the SAME game as Malcolm Smith.

Smith claims linkage to 1964, and the BBC claims linkage to 1922.

Smith tries to fool the press into giving him credibility. The BBC told people that it was 100 years old when it was only 95 years old. Why? To bury the fact that a different BBC existed before this current BBC.

It is a deceptive fraud.

It is one gigantic fraud. The university people have even published their own book to explain this bogus history. In doing so the BBC is also aiding and abetting the deceptive FRAUD of Malcolm Smith.

This game began in 1990 with Ian Cowper Ross and his novel which he then plugged on BBC TV in 1991, and implied that it was a matter of fact - not fiction.

That is when the floodgates opened and all of rubbish in book form began to appear with authors such as Ray Clark, Paul Rusling all the rest.

So what happened in 1990 that began this game?

It was the new Broadcasting Act which put an end to the CRIMINAL offshore operation from the USA that called itself 'Radio Caroline'!

Not one of the hack writers, phony historians and propagandists for the BBC have told anyone about what this Act really was, and the anoraks are just too stupid to look for the answers themselves.

The 1990 law is actually based upon a series of laws from the 1800s that Gordon McLendon thought was still in force. So Allan Crawford sent Ronan O'Rahilly to Texas with the legal Opinion of a QC to show that it was no longer a part of British law. But McLendon did not believe him and wanted strict proof before he would lease the Mi Amigo to Crawford.

And that is the reason why another ship named 'Caroline' came on the air with same eponymous name. The entire operation was named after a model whose dad owned a very influential publication and whose grandpa was a mighty political and publishing voice in London during the beginning of the 20th Century.

Not only that, this man was part of the scene that gave rise to Captain Plugge on the famous sponsored radio broadcast over MZX by Dame Melba.

The Royal Navy was not amused and wanted to halt these frivolous uses of wireless broadcasting. In America the U.S. Navy did the same thing. In America they failed, in the UK the Royal Navy succeeded.

But it's like trying to de-Nazify goons talking to anoraks and Malcolm Smith has no qualms, no sense of morality or honesty - because his mentor Ronan Rahilly lacked those qualities of human decency. Anorak Nazis lack brains along with everything else.
