I'm not sure what all this nonsense from 'David Cotter's Mum' is supposed to be about. It really makes no sense at all. Perhaps it's Mervyn who is not known for his sense of humour, although since he has derided those who post under false names, perhaps not.

Anyway, aside from this playground childishness, I'm hoping for a straight answer to a straight question regarding the forthcoming book(s) as Christmas will soon be upon us, judging by the retail sector who are punting their tat already and hope to have us all at fever pitch by mid October.

As regards the topic at hand, it's disappointing that in our wonderfully multicultural society we still see skin colour and race as some kind of issue and that some use it to forward their own agendas.

I do like to read Peter Moore's (or Malcolm Smith's if you will) responses to the gossip and accusations on some boards, clearly made by those who have no idea of the true situation. Captain Sensible sailing forth as opposed to those drifting in an open boat in close proximity to the Inchcape Bell.

Charles has been told to stay at home, Truss makes decisions without consulting her cabinet, but everything is for our own good so that's OK. The sun is shining. Enjoy it while you can.

She's right of course, but the problem is, she is in the minority. Not of skin colour but of plain common sense. What seems to be missing is any form of critical thinking that would stand up to cross-examination in a court of law. Instead we have wokeness and "influencers".

The Mirror newspaper has apologised for a "terrible error" after it mistook another man for Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng in an online story.

Mr Kwarteng called out the newspaper on Twitter with a screenshot of the story about him, which erroneously used a picture of a different man outside a Treasury building.

"That isn't me," tweeted the chancellor.

The Mirror said it would "redouble our efforts" against racism.

The story headlined "Kwasi Kwarteng says he had to do 'something different' after causing budget chaos" instead pictured Bernard Mensah, the president of international for Bank of America.

Mr Mensah had been among representatives of US banks meeting the chancellor at the Treasury on Wednesday.

Look, I admit I don't know jack shit about legal matters and that I never have owned the Mi Amigo and that I owe nothing to O'Rahilly, and that I am using the anoraks money to get Radio Caroline going so that I can eventually dump both the anoraks and the name Caroline, but something tells me that I need to be a bit more careful about claiming anything in public about Radio Caroline.

In truth if someone wants to start a station called Radio Caroline, they can and nothing can stop them. I only claim to own what I am now creating. That's it. All the rest is smoke and mirrors to fool idiots like Freddie Archer and Fred Bramley and company.

Right now I need their money but soon I will be able to cut them lose and when I do I will also bury the Caroline name. It, like O'Rahilly is a pain in the arse. I got rid of him and soon I will get rid of these stupid anoraks.

So stop drawing me into serious legal discussions with Rob Day who is also playing his own game, but he really seems to believe in his own tosh, and that makes him a bigger fool than most. I just don't want to engage in serious legal discussions where I could write the wrong thing and screw myself. Not that anyone really cares what I am doing.

RC in reality is involved in a very expensive trademark battle with RC Benelux which has cost thousands (The owner of the RC trademark is quite weathly) The reality of the situation is the Benelux trademark judge has asked PM to provide written evidence from the late ROR that PM had the rights from him to use the RC name.

This dispute has cost thousands along with other disputes and judgement is expected this side of the new year.

In the meantime RC France who hold the oldest RC trademark continue as is their right being the holders of the oldest RC trademark.

PM would make a very good politician LOL

Back around 1990 John Burch and Chris England suddenly began bugging Mervyn Hagger in Texas to investigate the ownership of the Ross Revenge - which for a time was abandoned.

Malcolm Smith has popped-up from time-to-time to sneer about this - as though it never happened. Well, thanks to Mike Barraclough and the forum that Garry calls the 'Joke Board', an interesting link has been posted by Mike which contains a shortwave broadcast I had never heard before and I am not sure what the station is.

What I can say (MH) is that the person on the air is reading a bulletin from Texas about the investigation asked for by Burch and Chris England. Here is the link:

I didn't catch it originally, and 6:08 showed up as something closer to 7:57 on my play black, but I did hear the 'the Big Bad O' id. I had no idea that this was the name used on air for Radio Orion and I did have several personal chats with its operator who was known to my friend Morris Walker (Neal West). So many thanks for that. Why can't you stay in your current mode and have sensible discussions? By the way, you say that you heard the original broadcast, or did you mean that you heard this recording before?

Of course he is not.

You anoraks give him money for his venture and he is building it.

But at some point in time Malcolm will ditch the Caroline name and create something new and unrelated to anoraks who are pain in everyone's neck.

Rob Day's 'Radio Atlantis' is a joke that pretends to be a ship-based radio station, which has no commercial value whatsoever because in terms of real listening numbers it has no audience. It claims to be based in Spain and it also claims to be headed by a RUSSIAN!

Malcolm Smith who hides behind the fake name of Peter Moore is building his own business on the ruins of the old offshore cult station financed by American convicted criminals, is using the name 'Radio Caroline' to get immediate finance from aging anoraks. At some point Malcolm Smith will dump them just as he dumped the nonsense claims of Ronan O'Rahilly.

But the claims and counterclaims that are zinging to and fro via lawyers (who do it for pay), is something to behold.

Malcolm Smith's business model seems to be copying Rob Day - in reverse. Smith started with a defunct offshore station called 'Radio Caroline' and seems to be moving towards a genuine radio broadcasting company that will dump the offshore links.

On the other hand, Rob Day's Russian-backed operation seems to be wobbling from an old but brief offshore name ('Radio Atlantis'), to all kinds of other names while pretending to be a fantasy radio station at sea.

Day claims all kinds of big names are sponsoring his joke, but are they? Is this trade-out on a local level (not corporate level), or is the Russian connection really a sports connection as Day seems to infer from time to time.

If Day is tied to Russian money, then Day is in big trouble given the ongoing proxy war against Russia of which Spain, his host country is a part!

But is Malcolm Smith stupid enough to even worry about Rob Day's legal claims? Probably not. Malcolm is a grease monkey who seems to have spent his life working at a real job for real money and is not stupid enough to believe in the fantasy stories spun by Rob Day and his Russian 'boss'.

Then there are the forums where this anti-Smith war is being waged: it is on the two rival child forums devoted to 'pirate radio' of bygone days. This is a silly 'war' in which the aging anoraks are going to die as bitter old men who will come to understand that Ronan O'Rahilly was a fraudster and Malcolm Smith is using their financial support to get him to the point where he can cut the links to them and dump the 'Caroline' name.

Exactly right Freddie. As with most things, non-borg radio connected, there will be more than one truth in the eyes of those involved. If you base your judgement on this board and the other similar board, you will find two extreme views. It's noticeable how just because a view is posted (and without evidence either way) it is accepted blindly as being true by some and equally blindly denied by others.

After our lawyers outed him as being the person behind the Roger Glover blog having a go at myself he engaged top law firm Harbottle and Lewis which would have cost him thousands.

The recent libel action v RC presenter Raymond Copeland saw him engaging another top London law firm Withers at 1000 pounds an hour estimated costs over 40K + our costs.
Mr Copeland has still failed to provide his own lawyers and ours with his source of funds.

Stange that he continues to this day as an RC presenter if i was Smith i would have thrown him under a bus for his actions the whole thing stinks.

Human memory is strange. I just had a look at old Facebook postings for Pebble Theatre and it seems that I am in danger of repeating my own work because MI5/MI6 who are watching our activity along with their US counterparts are unlike the moronic anoraks totally oblivious to reality. Hence they fawn over events that never happened in real life concerning people like Ronan O'Rahilly.

One of the postings on Facebook (by me) was from a New York Post item in 2018 in which President Trump said he was about to declassify and release documents about the Democrats when he decided not to because it was too damaging to the USA as a nation.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Could that have any connection to the Biden/Democrats raid in 2022 on Trump's home to search and seize classified documents?

The UK has opened a new licensing round for companies to explore for oil and gas in the North Sea.

Nearly 900 locations are being offered for exploration, with as many as 100 licences set to be awarded.

The decision is at odds with international climate scientists who say fossil fuel projects should be closed down, not expanded.

They say there can be no new projects if there is to be a chance of keeping global temperature rises under 1.5C.

Both the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the global body for climate science and the International Energy Agency (IEA) have expressed such a view.

Business Secretary Jacob Rees-Mogg says the new exploration will boost energy security and support skilled jobs.

And supporters of new exploration insist it is compatible with the government's legal commitment to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. They say the North Sea fossil fuel will replace imported fuel and so have a lower carbon footprint in production and transportation.

Licences are being made available for 898 sectors of the North Sea - known as blocks.

"Putin's illegal invasion of Ukraine means it is now more important than ever that we make the most of sovereign energy resources," Mr Rees-Mogg said in a statement.

The licensing process will be fast-tracked in parts of the North Sea that are near existing infrastructure and so have the potential to be developed quickly, according to the North Sea Transition Authority. It says the average time between discovery and first production is close to five years but that gap is shrinking.

Both campaigners and the oil industry agree that the reserves will not be large enough to have a significant impact on the prices consumers pay for energy in the UK.

"This government's energy policy benefits fossil fuel companies and no-one else," said Philip Evans, energy transition campaigner for Greenpeace UK.

"New oil and gas licences won't lower energy bills for struggling families this winter or any winter soon nor provide energy security in the medium term."

North Sea oil and gas production peaked about 20 years ago and since then the UK has gone from producing more oil and gas than it needs, to importing it from other countries.

Clearly the twin silly boards have whittled down to about 6 people all told and therefore no longer worthy of anyone's time to read.

On the side of reality Malcolm Smith has seen off his enemies who he has used to build the foundation of a business for himself. He has hived off the drainage called Ross Revenge into a charity and if fools want to keep putting their own money into it, so be it. Eventually they will run out of enthusiasm and money and the hulk will go to the scrapyard like the Communicator.

Meanwhile, Malcolm has the beginnings of a tiny business of his own. He will soon dump the 648 nonsense, name and all, and concentrate on trying to get a small paying station out of the remainder - like the man in Shetland. That is Malcolm's home, but he has to hurry because the man in Shetland seems to be also throwing in the towel.

The radio game is over. It is dead. This is Century 21 and by Century 22 there will be a new technology just as smart phones killed off radio.

But one interesting question will remain unanswered and that is what was 'Radio Caroline' in 1964 - the venture that later decades tried to mimic with cardboard versions and tales promoted by Hans Knot and Chris Edwards. They will be dead and their tales seen as rubbish. As for Rusling, well, he has already rubbished himself.

So what will be left are a pile of Charity Shop books with tea and coffee stains and torn pages along with (if he is lucky), a tiny little business that earns a grease monkey named Malcolm some family income. But even that is a long shot.

When all is said and done will there be any real explanation of the past for youngsters of tomorrow to find? Maybe, thanks to the continuing expansion of the Internet and digital access to the original writings in newspapers of yesterday which only began to become available about 30 years ago.

If university libraries of tomorrow have advanced access to those digital sources, then maybe the real story will be found there and the anoraks of today will become the Flat Earth idiots of tomorrow - totally unworthy of time to even remember their names.

Unless someone shocks the world of today and eventually produces a work that sets the record straight. But as for the anoraks, it is now time to turn off their lights and walk away.

Unfortunately the chances of that happening are fast disappearing, despite previous promises to the contrary.

Regarding the Ross Revenge, I wonder if 'Mr. Epilogue' has similar philistinic views on all historic projects and would prefer to have everything consigned to the scrapyard.

Right local folks, up all night thanks to the demonic blue diamond lets get a good poke in the mons. This LW is like the front page of the stunner (this means local paper young people, stunning news) round my parts geographically and for me very personally at the moment.

Every other week the paper trumpets a headline along the lines of "The railway is coming back" or "Rail plans now on track" "Rail station a step closer" "Full steam ahead", you get the fing idea.

What this means here in MiddleMarch is that the Dr Beeching euthanased rotting away line and station has over at least 20 years been recommissioned as a most attractive and short weekend trip run backwards and forwards for 9 miles of steam train chuff chuff factor X up hill, through dale and down veil until it reaches the total cut off point where it does not connect to the main line anywhere due to having the snip in the liberal free personal transport, go anywhere in your mini you want swinging 60's.

There are two companies involved in this, the steam train polishers who have done a great enthusiastic job of recreating the seemingly impossible and another company who seems to be just a holding company implying that the likes of Virgin Rail Track, Rampant Rabbit, King Shergar basically business people who would have joined the two tracks together long ago were the union blessed and viable have somehow missed a hot snatch and that if the village hall has a bring and buy sale and a petition to bring back the railway secures a non existent grant, then share holdings will fly out of their bottom and everyday commuters as well as the long distance tourists from miles away will give up their cars and murmurate in like starlings to this admittedly extremely attractive area. We insophisticated wickerman worshiping induits and idiots are expected to not only believe this wet neck day dream but welcome it in the hope that they will pis away money in our market town and spunk it up the walls of a local amusement park. A musing to those who can survive amputation and incineration in a wickerman - "Don't bother coming, we all have forked feet round'ere, only want to trade our groats for modern ones with the etching of the currently reigning monarch, and will give you a very poor rate on the hospitality exchange." Is that enough on me or do you want GPRS AgB?

Running parallel to this picturesque local railway there is also another bit on the side interest of mine, the waterways, boating, the canal system which like railways and the waildildo probably came into service due to historical reasons of frustration over the lack of communication. Although personally the only time I have sat on a train I have been inside the carriage. Of course this nicely crosses over with my voyeristic watery wireless shipping interest. Some gongoozalars in the canal community are convinced that like the rusty steam engines, after heroic political and physical efforts to make the waters navigable that the system has a bright commercial future for "mobile pop up shop boats" and other bonkers build it and they will come schemes, as long as you give us the money do it first.

Anyhow all this newspaper railway business non science has about as much chance has bearing fruit in my area as my diamante jewels have of receding back into the long Jon Thomas Tank engine shed before sun up. Like the 2022 summer sun when it's up it stays up. For goodness sake experimenters don't take that vertigo inducing Niagra. You will shake your branch line and fall out of your face on these. The dark digital dick spy web says there's no come down sunshine from that happy pill. Oh hold on I think naval gazing down in retrospect that might not be entirely true and that I might have to harbour more hang ups in a hurry
